All yoga has self-soothing and stress reduction components that are profound for trauma survivors, indeed Yoga is proving to be one of the most effective treatments for trauma and associated addiction. Come for morning practice (all levels welcome) - a great way to alleviate stress and tension, cultivate peace, serenity and relaxed self-awareness.
