	ROB WAGGENER is the Chief Executive Officer for Foundations Recovery Network, an integrated dual diagnosis treatment, research and education company with facilities located in Memphis, Malibu, and Palm Springs. Rob is a licensed clinical social worker and is distinguished as a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives. Rob has been a leader in the behavioral healthcare field for over 20 years, providing direct care as a therapist and serving in administrative roles, both in public and private settings. Rob has focused his leadership with a motto to "Keep Your Idealism Practical", balancing a passionate desire to serve with being fiscally responsible.
	JOHN SOUTHWORTH, has been involved in the field of chemical dependency for over 20 years. He served on the Board of Directors for the Federation of State Physicians Health Programs under the auspices of the AMA and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Association of Intervention Specialists. He has been the coordinator of the Physician Recovery Network since 1993 as contracted with the Idaho Medical Association and Board of Medicine. He is also contracted with the Idaho State Board of Nursing, Board of Dentistry, Board of Pharmacy, and State Bar Association for similar recovery programs. John was appointed to the Governor's Criminal Justice Commission to help advise the legislature in matters of addiction. John also serves as a consultant for several treatment facilities, facilitates interventions world-wide, coordinates client's recovery treatment, and provides post-treatment monitoring services.
