Moment of Change 2011: Hosts, Sponsors & Exhibitors
 ROB WAGGENER, FACHE, LCSW, is the Chief Executive Officer for Foundations Recovery Network, an integrated dual diagnosis treatment, research and education company with facilities located in Memphis, Malibu, Atlanta and Palm Springs. Rob is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and is distinguished as a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Rob has been a leader in the behavioral healthcare field for over 20 years, providing direct care as a therapist and serving in administrative roles, both in public and private settings. Rob has focused his leadership with a motto to “Keep Your Idealism Practical,” balancing a passionate desire to serve with being fiscally responsible.
 JOHN SOUTHWORTH, CADC, has served on the Board of Directors for the Federation of State Physicians Health Programs under the auspices of the AMA and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Association of Intervention Specialists. He serves as Program Director for recovery programs benefitting the Idaho State Board of Medicine as well as with the Idaho State Board of Nursing, Board of Dentistry, Board of Pharmacy, and State Bar Association. John recently completed a three-year appointment to the Governor's Criminal Justice Commission advising the legislature in matters of addiction. He also serves as an interventionist and consultant for treatment centers worldwide.
