The Next Foundations Recovery Network Conference

Jennifer Angier"Many patients discover recovery at Foundations because we appreciate the reality of what is going on in their lives and meet them where they are. Our flexible schedules and comfortable setting create an atmosphere for healing."

Outpatient Treatment

INTERVENTION

Recovery can only happen when the addict truly accepts their need for help. Because addiction can be a disease of darkness and hopelessness, people who were once caring and productive family members lose themselves. Intervention is a loving way to break through the darkness and moved toward recovery.

Foundations Recovery Network intervention services guide an addict's family and friends through every detail of the intervention process to ease the fears and doubts associated with taking this first step. Our services encompass addiction-related crisis that transpire from alcohol, drugs, mental illness, trauma, eating disorders, gambling and sexual and other addictions.

Our 5-step intervention method provides a proven protocol of education, action and healing in a respectful and non-confrontational manner.

ALTERNATIVE SENTENCING

If an addict goes to trial with a first time offense, some judges will allow the offender to enter a treatment program in lieu of jail time. Foundations Recovery Network (FRN) has experience working in thousands of cases with the best attorneys for family law and DUIs in the country to minimize jail time and other legal consequences.

FRN's Four Steps to Alternative Sentencing

To provide care to the client and accountability for the courts, we:
  • Determine if and what type of treatment is most appropriate
  • Place the client in the facility that best meets the client's needs
  • Arrange transportation to and from a program or facility
  • Provide care management to monitor the client and report back to the court

OUTPATIENT SERVICES

Outpatient care is a critical component for long-term success. Once a residential program has been completed, it is important to continue recovery work. Sobriety can often be achieved through outpatient and/or intensive care management services when help is sought in the early stages of addiction.

FRN's outpatient programs address recovery needs including:
  • Workplace problems
  • Situational stressors
  • Family and spousal relationships
  • Interpersonal relationships
  • Mental health challenges
  • Addiction
  • Domestic violence
  • Trauma
Care Management

After a stay in residential treatment, it is important for those overcoming addiction to continue their recovery work at home. Research supports that intensive care management provides the best opportunities for success. FRN's care management is designed to help clients develop the daily life skills necessary to live in long-term sobriety independently. Care managers are available 24 hours a day for support, mentoring, monitoring and more.

Intensive Outpatient Treatment (IOP)

Sometimes a stay at a residential facility cannot be worked out. Those in this situation who are still looking for recovery help can find treatment through an intensive outpatient treatment (IOP). FRN's IOP provides a flexible, accessible treatment option for those who do not need or cannot work with residential care.

IOP services include:
  • Recovery-oriented education groups
  • Group and individual therapy for addiction and mental illness
  • Relapse prevention and copy strategies
  • Cognitive therapy and motivational interviewing techniques are combined with a 12-step dual recovery approach to treatment
  • Clients attend three to give group services daily, three or more days a week
  • Evening and day service available
  • Full range of support services
We also provide medication management, aftercare services and individual, family and group therapies. All our outpatient facilities integrate holistic methods like yoga, massage and medication to treat the entire person.
