Josh Pease, LPC

Primary Therapist

PeaseBorn and raised in Atlanta, Josh Pease joined the Foundations Atlanta at Midtown team as a primary therapist in May 2015. Following his own journey of self-discovery, he became aware of his interest in psychology after spending a year in a Buddhist monastery. With an interest in nature and mindfulness, Pease incorporates both in seasonal offerings of forest therapy at Midtown. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of the South and a master’s degree from the University of West Georgia. Excited by the opportunity to help patients on their recovery path, he values the camaraderie built during the healing process. When he’s not working, Pease enjoys hiking, camping, roasting coffee, feeding his curiosity and spending time with his wife and two boys.

Christine Wolff, LPC, Somatic Synergist Level II

Primary Therapist

WolffOriginally from Arlington Heights, Illinois, Christine Wolff moved to Atlanta to play college soccer and never looked back. Inspired by watching patients create change for themselves, she joined the Foundations Atlanta at Midtown team as a primary therapist in July 2014. Initially beginning her career as a massage therapist, Wolff decided to pursue a field that would allow her to continue to connect with patients and support them on the path to healing.

Wolff earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Kennesaw University and a master’s degree in community counseling from Argosy University. Over the course of her career, Wolff has worked with a variety of diverse populations and practices and is continually motivated by the courage her patients show every day. When she’s not working, she enjoys quiet time, being outside, cooking, exercising, studying spiritual topics and watching television. Wolff has been with her partner for several years and has two cats.

Namasine Dalrymple, LPC

Primary Therapist

DalyrmpleBorn in Jacksonville, Florida, Namasine Dalrymple joined the Foundations Atlanta at Midtown team as a primary therapist in October 2016. Passionate about hearing people’s stories and watching them create healthier versions of themselves, she loves group settings and engaging with patients. Dalrymple earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Georgia State University and a master’s degree from Argosy University. Over the course of her career, she has worked in a variety of substance abuse and mental health treatment settings, including St. Jude’s Recovery and the Department of Family and Children Services. When she’s not working, Dalrymple enjoys reading, dancing and watching movies. She and her husband, Josh, have a daughter and two dogs.

Kelly Scheinberg, MD

Kelly Scheinberg
Dr. Kelly Scheinberg began her career with Foundations Recovery Network in July 2014 as an addiction psychiatrist at Talbott Recovery in Atlanta. She then moved to sister facility Foundations Atlanta at Roswell in November 2016 where she puts her training as an MD to good use. Dr. Scheinberg obtained her medical degree from the University of Florida College of Medicine in 2009 and completed her general psychiatry residency at Emory University School of Medicine in 2013, followed by an addiction psychiatry fellowship in 2014. Prior to coming on staff at FRN, she also worked with the Atlanta Veterans Affairs Medical Center. Dr. Scheinberg’s certifications include the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology (Psychiatry & Addiction Psychiatry).

Kim Tate, LPC, MAC

Part-time Therapist

TateBorn in Decatur, Georgia, and raised in Atlanta, Kim Tate joined the Foundations Atlanta at Midtown team as a part-time therapist in November 2015. Seeking to meet patients where they are, her drive comes from her own personal experience with self-discovery and healing and a desire to help others along the same path. Tate earned a master’s degree in professional counseling from Georgia State University. With many years’ experience in the substance abuse treatment and mental health fields, she started her private practice in August 2015.

Passionate about offering hope and letting others know they are not alone, Tate loves watching her patients grow into the people they want to be. When she’s not working, she enjoys, playing with her dog, kayaking, sailing, hiking, walking on the beach and being with family. Tate has a daughter and a Maltese-Yorkie mix named Ben.

Mitzi Hargett, RN

Director of Atlanta Outpatient Nursing Services

HargettFrom North Alabama, Mitzi Hargett joined the Foundations Atlanta team in November 2010. Director of outpatient services for both Roswell and Midtown locations, she is passionate about carrying the message of recovery with compassion. Hargett earned her associate’s degree in nursing from South Dakota State University. When she’s not working, she loves reading, shopping and spending time with her son.

Fran Exley

Assessment Coordinator

ExleyAn Atlanta native, Fran Exley joined the Foundations Atlanta at Midtown team as assessment coordinator in February 2016. Serving as a potential patient’s first point of contact, she considers it a gift to take part in their successes and watch them grow into a renewed life.

Exley earned both a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Clemson University. She also has a certificate in Spanish medical interpreting and experience serving as an intake coordinator. Passionate about helping patients regain a sense of control in their lives, Exley enjoys walking alongside them on their path to recovery. In her spare time, she loves tennis, traveling, volunteering and spending time with family.
