Admissions

Seeking treatment for addiction and mental health issues is a major decision, and we understand it can feel intimidating. When you pick up the phone and talk to us, we honor and respect your story. We’ll listen so we can understand where you’re coming from and what you’ve been through, in order to find the right fit for you to get the treatment you need. Our goal is simple: to provide honest, straightforward, life-changing help.

Our Admissions Process

1. Basic Assessment

Treatment is not one-size-fits-all. When you contact us, we’ll first ask you specific questions to gather the information needed to help determine whether our services are the best clinical fit for your individual needs. Getting you the most appropriate help and support is always our top priority.

2. Insurance Check

For many individuals, insurance can be complicated and a frustrating process. For this reason, we have a team of clinicians dedicated to reviewing your information and doing the legwork to determine what your insurance will cover and what potential out-of-pocket costs you could be facing.

3. We’ll Discuss Together

Based on your assessment and insurance coverage, we’ll discuss where you can get the highest quality treatment for your needs at the most affordable cost. We’ll review all of your options with you so you can be confident that you’re making the most informed decision possible when choosing the right facility.

4. Getting Into Treatment

Once we’ve determined the facility that will be the best fit for you, the next step is to schedule you for admission as soon as possible. The most common length of stay at the residential level is 30 days, but this can vary with each individual’s unique situation. If you’ll be traveling to treatment, we can assist with travel arrangements and booking a flight as well. We can also arrange for airport pick-ups, and we’ll make sure you get to our facility safely.
